If you want to achieve the highest possible rent it is just as important to consider advertising and promoting your home when letting as it is when selling a home. Together we can do this at an affordable rate.
We will carry out due diligence on any potential tenant to ensure that they are bona fide and can be regarded as suitable persons to rent your home. In any event you will have the final decision on whether you think that they are suitable.
We will draw up a tenancy agreement for you to agree, which will form the basis of the contract between you and your tenant. We will also arrange for the agreement to be reviewed by a legal representative.
We would normally expect to arrange payment and retention of a deposit against any possible damage to items in your home and the collection of the monthly rent, to be transferred to you as agreed.
